The stay and especially the great program with the horses were wonderful. Our room (standard 3-bed room) was very nicely furnished and clean and we had plenty of space - also in the bathroom. The dinner was great (thanks for the recommendation!) And the breakfast buffet was also good. For a long time I searched the Internet for a riding offer just like the one offered by Anna. So far we have had little contact with horses, but still wanted to experience more than just being led in a circle on a long leash. My children and I really wanted to do something together and not just watch the other ride in a circle. What we then experienced with Anna's horses really exceeded our expectations. To be with the great animals in the beautiful landscape was the highlight of our stay. The experienced riders who accompanied us on the rides and the horses themselves: everyone was so friendly. We had a ride every day, every day brought us closer to the animals and every ride was worth the money. The rest of the day we always hiked (Devil's Gorge, waterfalls, ...). By the way: The hygiene concept in the hotel works very well. Despite and especially under pandemic conditions, we felt safe in the hotel and were always able to keep the distance. Both the riding and the beautiful landscape were, under the given circumstances, exactly what we were looking for to get out of our own four walls. We will be back definitely!!! My stay in the hotel and at the Hubertus Stud was pure holiday feeling. The hotel is really nice, clean and has a quaint charm. The food in particular is fantastic. I was mostly there for riding, and I am absolutely thrilled by Anna, her horses and this wonderfully beautiful landscape! The animals are wonderfully cared for and deeply relaxed. Real reliable horses. You can feel that they are held with love. Anna is a great companion for the cross-country ride. She adapts the experience to the guests and showed me some really nice corners of the Eifel! :-) I can unconditionally recommend.

Super bad wifi, no iron, they barely speak En.. the room is ok; nothing amazing. The stars are for the restaurant!

Very nice hotel, great food and staff!

Very friendly welcome. We were already in the room around noon. We were assigned one in the "guesthouse" of the hotel. That is across the street from the actual hotel but there is nothing wrong with that. The room itself is in old style. Square shower bath and old wooden bed. But ok for a walking holiday. The room was properly maintained every day. First and second evening there was a buffet. In addition to soup, there was a choice of a meat dish, a fish dish and a pasta. To be supplemented with warm vegetables and a choice of either potatoes or fries. For dessert there was a choice of a piece of fruit and / or a pastry. 3rd evening was the menu with table service. Choice of a meat or fish dish was a plus. By the way, it was very tasty and more than adequate! Service was again extremely friendly. The breakfast was traditional but rather limited. Everything was available and was well supplemented, although you still felt that things were missing. (For example, there was no fruit on 1 morning, others only an apple ...). Overall very satisfied with this stay!

We were about 70 to have dinner. Usually for large groups cuisine is not so nice. Surprise! A cold buffet for starters, a warm buffet as main dish. All very good quality and well prepared for a more than decent price. A very nice surprise for German cuisine.

Old fashion hotel, you have to cross the street to go to the guests rooms. No clean carpet, no shampoo in the bathroom ... it's at reception's desk.!! LOL About cost; with the same cost I stayed to Holliday Inn in Frankfurt! Not more than €40 should be paid!!! .. And something good, polite people!

I don't know from where to start my complaints. I'm so bored to type. One thing I will say. First night there was no hot water. Second night was fixed but I had to cross the street (ok not naked) to grab shampoo from the reception desk.
